A Stream is a space in which all the pre-defined data are stored. The total number of streams may vary depending upon the requirement of the user.

What is Key set?

The parameters of sensors or Devices defined as a key and one or more keys used for a stream is collectively called as a key set.

How many streams are provided for a free user?

There will be a maximum of 10 streams provided for a free user.

Do i need to pay for additional features?

Yes. You have pay in order to make use of all the features in Horavue.

Can i buy an additional stream in same plan?

Yes. You can buy additional streams from the same plan.

How do i know my data usage?

User can view their usage for each stream widgets.

How can i purchase Horavue?

You can start using Horavue by choosing either the free or the paid version of it. Once you choose your subscription plan you can start using Horavue.

Can i get custom amount of data volume for the each stream?

Yes. User can select their streams with custom data volume based on their usage.

Do I need to provide credit card details for free trial?

No. The user shall not provide credit details to use the free trial.

What is individual stream purchase?

In paid service, the user can purchase additional individual streams. He/She doesn't need to upgrade to a new plan or renew their existing plan.

What is Data Format?

Data format defined as the URL of a stream in Horavue for which the user is intended to send the data. If the data isn't address to it's relevant data format, the data might be lost and it will be added into discard.

How do i upgrade my license from free user?

You can select a plan from Horavue website and contact sales@logfuze.com to upgrade your license. To avoid data loss, user should upgrade their plan before the free trial expires.

Why are my messages discarded?

if the data isn't address to its relevant data format and the data value exceeds the limit your messages will be discard.

How much data i can store?

A free user can store upto 1 GB data per stream.Whereas, a custom users can buy streams with custom amount of data volume.

Where can i find the reason for the discarded messages?

User can View the reason for the last discarded message on each stream widget.

What is upgrade stream storage?

If a paid user wants additional storage for a single stream, they can upgrade their storage upto 10 GB.

What is the retention period for free user?

A free user can have a maximum retention period for a month.

How much key i can add for a device?

A maximum of 30 keys can be added to a device

What is the message limits?

A message limit is 2000 bytes. Horavue won’t accept any data if the size of the message exceeds the limit.

Can i select the storage volume while purchasing the individual stream?

Yes, the user shall buy an individual stream upto 10 GB storage.

How much data volume is available for one stream?

A stream comes with a volume of 1 GB data.

What happens if i reach my maximum stream usage?

Horavue won’t accept any additional data if your data limit is used. However, the user can buy additional streams from Horavue.

Can I get data from a deleted stream?

Yes, even after a stream is deleted we still provide backup for your stream. For 100 streams/year = 99$

What are all the retention plan available in Horavue?

For Paid User, default retention period is one month. After one month, they need to purchase for storage service from Horavue

For 3 months = 10$
For 6 months = 20$
For 12 months = 40$
